NEW!    REWARD!

I will happily pay ANYONE

who can  prove   conclusively  that one single
item of documentation posted on this website is
NOT FACTUAL!  Opinions don't count!

This site is designed to be informative and present a
true picture of what can happen when one comes
to this foreign country to live or to do business.
I strongly suggest that entering the Cayman
Islands as a tourist or investor is foolhardy
and can be dangerous to your HEALTH and
WEALTH! This is evidenced by the numerous
assaults & armed robberies.  In general, the
Caymanian people love your
MONEY,
but they absolutely
HATE you!

my personal standpoint, click here

The purpose of this site is twofold;

  1. To warn foreign nationals to stay away from the Cayman Islands, either as tourists or investors.

  2. Since I have now faced 177 (and still counting!) assaults (at least six by the police) it is to leave a record of what has happened, which will hopefully slow them down in the future.  The last assailant (on July 16th) used a police baton!  NO ONE in the Cayman Islands can legally possess one other than the police!!

Here we have the response from our Complaints
Commissioner
saying I should wait a further
3-4 weeks for any action from Complaints &
Discipline!  I disagree!!  I have waited long
enough for justice to prevail.

A Personal Note:

I have sold out my holdings here at a very low price and I am leaving Cayman.  Consummating this sale will take some time.  I am submitting raw data and will later back it up with far more facts.  I have continuously lived here for 28 years, and can see absolutely no future in the Cayman Islands.  Drug dealing is rampant, violence is doubling every year - the national budget is in a shambles and out of control.  Naturally we foreign nationals are expected to pay for their excesses.  There are two standards of "justice" as stated by one of the previous Commissioners of Police; "You must understand that there are two systems of justice in the Cayman Islands - one for Caymanians and one for expats."  I have this statement on video tape.

This is only a "warning shot over the bow."  There will be many more details published here as time passes.  Stay tuned for future posts!

QUESTION - Why did the Governor feel it necessary to place all of our top police officials on administrative leave (VACATION?) with full pay to conduct an investigation which has now resulted in numerous arrests?  Enquiring minds want to know!

When I moved here 28 years ago, I made a tragic and painful mistake.  My hope is that you, dear reader profit from my experience and do not make the same mistake!
